Returns and refunds

30-day returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us, without having to give a reason. This period goes beyond the 14-day statutory withdrawal period provided for by Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. No restocking fee is charged.

Conditions

  • The item is returned complete, with its accessories and, if possible, its original packaging.
  • You may handle the item as you would in a shop; any loss in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to check its nature and functioning may be deducted from the refund (Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code).

Excluded items

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the following cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal:

  • personalised items (for example a stamp with your name);
  • hygiene or care items unsealed after delivery (toothbrushes, toothpastes, whitening strips and kits, nipple covers and adhesive patches, body trimmers and razors).

These exclusions do not apply to defective or non-conforming items, which are always covered by the legal guarantee.

How to make a return

  1. Write to us at support@hondson.com, giving your order number and the item concerned. You can also use the withdrawal form below or any other unambiguous statement.
  2. We will send you the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of your request, preferably by tracked delivery.

Return costs

If you have changed your mind, the cost of sending the item back is yours to pay. If the item is defective or damaged, or if we made a mistake, the return costs are covered in full by Hondson.

Refund

We refund all sums paid, including any initial delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided proof of dispatch. The refund is made to the payment method used for the order.

Defective or non-conforming item

If an item arrives damaged, does not work or does not match its description, write to us at support@hondson.com with your order number and a photo. You benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity: we will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you (see Article 8 of the Terms of Sale).
