Scope
These terms govern all sales concluded between Hondson SA and any customer via the hondson.ch website.
Orders
Any order implies acceptance of these terms. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Prices
Prices are shown in CHF, including Swiss VAT of 8.1% for Switzerland. For other destinations, the applicable VAT is added to the order.
Delivery
Timeframes detailed in the Delivery & returns section of the Help centre. Any delays do not give rise to cancellation.
Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days to return any order, from the date of receipt. Return costs are covered by Hondson SA.
Warranty
Statutory warranty of conformity applies, excluding normal wear and care negligence.
